1、隔水蒸

即將蟲草洗凈后，放容器內(nèi)隔水小火蒸20-30分鐘。(也可以直接和水用文火煮)，有人提出說60度以上蛋白質會發(fā)生變化進而可能影響蟲草效果,但是同時有醫(yī)生也認為60度以下的浸泡不能達到殺菌的效果.我個人認為從安全角度來說,還是讓水溫稍高一些的好.

取冬蟲夏草２０克置容器中，加入白酒５００克，密封、浸泡３天后即可飲用，日服１－２次，每天早晚飲1小杯。
